Now the Iraqi army will be able to use the Global Positioning System (GPS) to track people's locations. It will surely add another feather to their cap.

The 2nd Brigade, 5th Iraqi Army Division is being trained on how to use the GPS. With the help of this device you can locate and navigate in order to determine your position on the ground using satellites. So you can see how helpful it would be for their military operations. U.S. military and civilian personnel have been using this technology for years now.

In my view, GPS technology is indispensable in today’s military operations. And this is why it is being taught to the Iraqi soldiers. It would definitely aid them in their operations and would also be a reason for their success. It is a great achievement for the Iraqi army. Bravo!
